at the home of Wynnedale Clerk-Treasurer Jarnell Craig, 4346 Hidden Orchard Lane.

Nov. 15, 2022, minutes.
The meeting was called to order at 7 p.m. All members were present.
There was no new information on the proposed private school at the Fitness Farm as zoning discussions continue.
Josh Smith gave an update on plowing, saying he had met with an operator willing to provide the necessary snow plowing, Deater Brothers Lawn and tree Care.
Under the proposal, the town would pay $350 for 2-4 inches of snow; $525 for 4-6 inches of snow and $750 for 6-8 inches of snow.
Jarnell Burks Craig notified the council that she would have to get the okay from the state Department of Local Government Finance as we had only one bidder.
That, she said, could be completed quickly.
The meeting adjourned at 7:30 p.m.

December 20, 2022, minutes.
An emergency meeting was held via zoom after public notice was given in order for the council to approve the snow plowing contract, pending approval by the DLGF.
The council voted unanimously to accept the terms.
